• gates that fail to open – this is often causes by collapsing gate posts, rotted timber, damaged or rusted out hinges or a combination of all of these factors!
• fences that are in need of repair – this could be wooden fence palings that have come adrift or supporting timber posts and rails that are in need or replacement, cementing into place or replacing.
