We had an interesting project this month. With the increase in usage of a huge variety of audio visual devices, computers and peripherals, many home owners in the eastern suburbs end up with a ‘rats nest’ of cables and wires in their lounge rooms and seek a way to tidy up the appearance of the wires. We can assist with these problems by installing specifically designed electrical ducting that enable us to neatly ‘hide’ wires in the ducting. This ducting can then be attached via the appropriate fasteners to the homes’ skirting boards or even the floor if necessary.

The ducting comes in different styles and designs and generally has a front panel that can be relatively easily removed so that new cables can be added into the enclosure as new equipment is introduced int an audio visual system or new peripherals are purchased. A handyman can generally install this type of system at a far lower cost than a specialised audio company )for example)
