From time to time we get asked if we can patch a hole in gyprock or plasterboard walls or even ceilings. Depending on the situation is is often possible to repair holes in plasterboard provided it is not too large and there is reasonable access to the job. In some instances small holes can be ‘patched’ quite easily. There are a range of dry wall patching systems available and we will use the most appropriate one for the job. There have been some new products released that employ a fairly fine mesh that is simply cut to the size of the hole requiring repair, it is then wetted and applied to the hole leaving a quick easy to paint finish where there was once a hole!
